Following our Year 12 Graduation will be the Year 12 Formal being held here on site, at Banora Point High School on Saturday 4 December. Students will arrive at 6.30pm for a 7pm commencement of proceedings. All attending the Year 12 Formal will be required to follow COVID-19 Safe Guidelines including signing in using the QR code process.
As was the case last year, parents, relatives and community are welcome to attend to watch the arrivals of students from 6.30pm, adhering to COVID social distancing guidelines. No one other than students attending the Formal will be permitted on the school site.
Unfortunately, our event will occur on the same day as the local elections. The school will be utilised by the Electoral Commission though the electoral event will be completed by the time students arrive. Once again, Current Year 12 students do not need to be vaccinated to attend the event and will need to wear face masks until they are seated. I would like to thank Ms Dooley for her efforts in organising this event and a back up plan if the weather turns bad.
